In recent years, a new craze has developed around the world of mountain biking, inciting many people to take to the mountain trails. The helibike offers an innovation in the transport of mountain bikers tot he summits, in order to quickly access the extraordinary descents offered by the Valais and the surrounding mountains. Moving from one site to another, the possibilities of having fun are endless.
Mounted on each side of the helicopter, the new « Bike Racks » systems allow up to six bikes to be on board at the same time. In record time, mountain bikers are ready to start their activity and practice their passion from a carefully selected official mountain landing place.
OUR GUIDED TOURS
THE «Arolla»
Altitude : 2000m
+35 km
The outing begins with a ten-minute flight over the sumptuous peaks that border the Val d’Hérens. You are dropped off near the village of Arolla.
You then go down almost all the ways down this valley using trails, over more than 35 kilometers!
You will pass through typical villages and hamlets of the Valaisan Alps. This tour is suitable for any level.
THE «Zermatt»
Altitude : 2990m
+45 km
This is a unique experience ! You start your day by flying over the most beautiful peaks of the Alps for more than 15 minutes.
You are then dropped off at an altitude of almost 3000m in front oft he most beautiful mountain in the world, the Matterhorn.
For the first few kilometers of your outing, which are entirely on trails, you ride in front oft he Matterhorn. The exit ends in Visp (alt. 660m), after 48 kilometers of trails and 4×4 roads.
